The home inspection is one of the most crucial parts of the home buying process. It is also not fully understood nor are expectations given to the buyers. Deals can be lost because the expectations are not fully understood or the expectations are not practical. By understanding what home inspectors commonly find and being able to set appropriate expectations with home buyers is vital to smooth inspections and closings.

About The Instructor
Jim Troth is results-oriented professional with a broad range of experiences. These experiences include: being a supervisor, mental health field experience, sales, martial arts instructor, business owner/founder, and research experience. He has a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy.

Jim is highly experienced home inspector whose company Habitation Investigation, provides home inspection services throughout central Ohio. In addition to his home inspection services, Jim has been able to grow his company even during down times at rates to be admired. Habitation Investigation has grown in to a multi-inspector company with increased capacity to help home buyers and real estate professionals.

Jim has been part of mastermind groups that meet at various locations in the US and Canada. As a presenter and participant at each meeting these groups help people grow their businesses quicker and with fewer mistakes.
