- Provide answers to buyers’ commonly asked questions regarding mold
- Describe the impact of mold on the real estate transaction

Laura Troth is originally from Pennsylvania. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a
minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University. She worked as
an LSW for 15 years prior to joining her husband Jim to help develop and grow Habitation
Investigation.
She has participated in mastermind groups and has been a resource for other inspection
companies. Laura has also been teaching ce classes to real estate agents for about 8 years. To
do a better job, she has participated in several speaking classes. Laura has also started to focus
on indoor air quality and has a mold assessor certification and is a certified microbial
professional and is working on her Pro designation from Normi.
