- Determine the cost and advantages of professional indoor air quality testing
- List and define the elements found in an IAQ report
- Determine the common “hotspots” in a real estate property because of poor indoor air quality
- List and define the impacts of poor indoor air quality in selling a real estate property
- List and define key questions that should be answered for Indoor air quality versus Covid-19

Jim Troth is results-oriented professional with a broad range of experiences. These experiences include: being a supervisor, mental health field experience, sales, martial arts instructor, business owner/founder, and research experience. He has a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy.
Jim is highly experienced home inspector whose company Habitation Investigation, provides home inspection services throughout central Ohio. In addition to his home inspection services, Jim has been able to grow his company even during down times at rates to be admired. Habitation Investigation has grown in to a multi-inspector company with increased capacity to help home buyers and real estate professionals.
Jim has been part of mastermind groups that meet at various locations in the US and Canada. As a presenter and participant at each meeting these groups help people grow their businesses quicker and with fewer mistakes.
